Achieving the maximum but not subjecting yourself to a monotonous routine, my video demonstrations and precise instructions will make the exercises safe and secure.

Workouts that combine a range of diverse techniques that will help you to build muscle and burn fat, making your workout more effective.

Change the way you feel about your body forever in just a few weeks with results that will amaze you - develop you glutes, sculpt your legs and tone your abs.

You will receive instructions on how to get the most out of it without falling into a monotonous routine of exercises that become less and less effective. This isn't a boring aerobics class, or a short booty challenge presented as a legitimate muscle-building, fat-burning workout. My program is based on the principle of macro and meso cycles, combines proven advanced techniques to make training more effective. It's meant for those who are committed to putting in the effort to look fabulous and not meant for those who just want a light workout.

Every week we will do 3 to 6 workouts together, without guessing which day you do which workout. Everything is clearly stated within the application, and I will guide you through each exercise to achieve maximum results without doubting whether you are doing it correctly or safely. Every evening, you will impatiently enter the application to see what awaits you tomorrow in training. When you sign up for our program, your subscription will automatically renew each month. This means that the fee will be charged regularly to your payment card until you decide to cancel your subscription.

To cancel your subscription, please send an email at least 48 hours before the next billing to info@casp3r.com from the email address you have used for your subscription.

We accept all major payment cards for subscription to our program. Currently, we do not accept other forms of payment.
Our programs are conceptually made for intermediate and advanced exercisers and are specially adapted for girls working out in the gym. They last 8 or 12 weeks.
