In my mitochondria, there are my father's genes (DAD, I LOVE YOU!) which keeps me going every day! He was many things in his life, but the most important I will always remember him for is that God and family comes first, a voluntary blood donor (50+) and an athlete who never gives up!
In the center of my body is the legacy of my mother (MOM I LOVE YOU!) called unconditional love and kindness!
My personal identity is based on the belief that I am a combination of the noblest things that I felt from them and for which I will always remember them!
Unfortunately, my father died a year and ten months ago, he had a heart attack, the result of stress! That event was the trigger for the activation of one of my mother's worst malignant diseases (incidence 2-3 per 1,000,000 population).
In a very short period of time "the thing" progressed rapidly, but, with God's help and the knowledge and courage of the surgeon, since the operation was extremely risky, she survived!
Likewise, I believe that she always knew that somewhere someone loved her more than anything in the world and was waiting for her to come home!
NOW, every morning, without exception, my mom walks with me (2km) and tries with the same passion to do everything that will help her stay healthy and live a stress-free life!
